Modalities range from Swedish massage, Reflexology, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports, Thai Yoga massage, Sports massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Visceral Manipulation, Chi Ne Tsang. Each session is integrative and will commonly be a blended practice of a number of these modalities based on each person's needs at the time.
